How long does shipping take?

Delivery takes 1-3 weeks to be dispatched. Some of our items are in stock and others are made to order for sustainability reasons. We don’t like to waste clothing!

UK - items are dispatched via Royal Mail 24 or Evri

International - items are dispatched via Royal Mail international (7-10 working days)

Tracking details will be sent to you via the email provided at checkout. 

I received the wrong item, what do I do?

If on the off chance you have received an item you have not ordered, please contact us and provide us with the images of the item you have received. We shall then work with you in getting your order out to you asap and send you a shipping label to return the wrong item.

I want to return my item, how do I do that?

Please contact us to arrange a return of your item. Please note that we can only accept returns within 14 working days of you receiving your order. The item has to be returned in its original condition meaning tags still attached and unworn. If the item has clearly been worn and tags are not attached, we will then return the item back to you and will not process your return. You will receive an email with a voucher for the amount of your order.

My package hasn’t arrived, how do I locate it?

Your tracking number will be provided to you on your dispatch confirmation receipt. We ship via Royal Mail who do not class any parcels as missing until 14 working days have passed as delays can occur. However please contact us if you are worried that your package has been in transit for longer than this time period and we will work with you to locate the package.

My order has items missing, what do I do?

If you are missing any items please contact us and let us know.  We will ask you to send us a photo of the items you have received and work with you to get any missing items out to you asap.
