Shipping policy

Once an order is placed it will go into production.

if an incorrect address has been entered please contact us immediately to update your order. Please note that address update requests cannot always be guaranteed. We will do our best however if your order has been packaged and ready to be shipped we cannot update this.

Orders that have been delivered to an old address that you have not updated are out of our control and we are not liable for loss of goods or money. We are not liable to refund orders under this circumstance.

For UK orders we ship via Royal Mail or Evri. The tracking information will be available in your dispatch notification email. Any orders that are returned to sender will be refunded. 

For international orders please be aware these can be subject to custom chargers that are out of our control and we are not liable to pay the sales tax. Customs will notify you if any charges have occurred. If you do not want to pay the charges, refuse the package and it will be returned to us. Upon arrival we will refund the order.
